Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. 

Order Changes
We do not offer order cancellations. However, if you need to change your shipping address or would like to request a cancellation, email us at thecandyhelix@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed, especially if it has already entered processing or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
